Jon concentrates his practice in the area of executive benefits & compensation for all types and sizes of businesses. Jon has become recognized nationally for his background in benefits work and institutional revenue enhancement utilizing company owned life insurance (COLI) planning within financial institutions. Through his experience and constant research, Jon brings leading edge plan, product, technology, compliance and service offering to his clients. Jon is a results-oriented planner, as well as an effective communicator, educator, and leader.
