Jon concentrates his practice in the area of executive benefits & compensation for all types and sizes of businesses. Jon has become recognized nationally for his background in benefits work and institutional revenue enhancement utilizing company owned life insurance (COLI) planning within financial institutions. Through his experience and constant research, Jon brings leading edge plan, product, technology, compliance and service offering to his clients. Jon is a results-oriented planner, as well as an effective communicator, educator, and leader.

As a supporter of his professional and civic communities, among others, Jon is a past or present member of the: New York State Bar Association; American Bar Association; NYS Society of CPAs; Society of Financial Service Professionals; Western New York Planned Giving Consortium; Pro Zoo Board; Advisory Board Member of the BISON Inter-City Scholarship Opportunity Network; and Community Outreach Committee Chair for the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Alumni Association Board.

Jon earned his BA from Boston University and his JD with Tax Certification from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Jon holds Series 6 & 63 licenses.
