Gary provides unique experience and accumen as a front-end consultant for select large financial insitution planning projects. Gary joined the M&T Bank in 1989 as a financial analyst and remained with the M&T for 17 years serving in multiple positions within both the Finance and Treasury Divisions. Most recently, Gary served as Chief Financial Officer of Evans Bank N.A. In this role, his leadership was instrumental in doubling the size of the institution and increasing the financial sophistication and profitability of the bank. He played a major role in guiding the Evans Bank through the financial downturn in 2008 and 2009.

Gary has worked with and gained the respect of the Wall Street community, including investment bankers and institutional investors. He also has extensive experience working with regulatory agencies. He has successfully managed complex financial transactions throughout his career including mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, underwriting of loan and debt instruments and equity and debt offerings.

Gary serves on several boards of public and private entities, and he is a respected member of the Bishop's Council of the Laity for the Diocese of Buffalo. Gary graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Masters in Business Administration. Gary does not participate in any product placement, brokerage or service of financial product.
